I was told find a product that everybody need that runs out and you will be rich. I love having a service company. I provide a service or product to my customers month after month. And in turn they pay me for the services month after month.

Most companies do not have any loyalty with their customers.

People will change their insurance if one another insurance company to another company for a lower price.

You may also have a product and your customer will need to reorder from somebody but unless you build your customer retention they may go somewhere else to get the same product.

I have always had a very high retention rate. At one time I was building a Prepaid Legal business. 50% of Prepaid legals customer cancel with in 1 year. On the other hand I had customer who had never used their Prepaid legal member in 5 years but, that person remained my customer because of the relationship I build with them.

People think you sign a person up for your service and they will remain your customer. This is false you must service your customers.

We will have a Customer Service Agent Call them and they will introduce themselves and let them know they will be getting a package in 7-10 days. They will also make sure they have the appropriate phone numbers if they need help.  

In 10 days your Customer Service Agent will follow up and make sure they got their membership cards or product and educate them how to use their membership or product. 

2-4 weeks later your customer service agent will follow up with them to help them use their membership and to have them share any testimonials they may have.

Every month after that your customer service agent will let them know about company updates, referral and notify them of this months contest. The E-mail newsletter and newsletter through the US mail will notify your customers of company updates as will as this monthly contest winners.
